Shipping & Handling

Babe Inc. ships most products directly to our distributors, who are then responsible for delivering products to respective salons. If you have an issue with a product or shipment placed through a local distributor, please contact your distributor first.

Products purchased through our online website ship directly from our warehouse and adhere to the following shipping policies:

• Babe ships within the U.S. and Canada.

• Orders $200 or higher qualify for free FedEx Ground ground shipping.

• All shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for shipping charges to and from Babe unless the product is defective or was shipped incorrectly.

• Orders will receive a confirmation email when the order is placed, followed by an email with tracking information once the order has shipped.

• To ensure delivery to the correct address please check the shipping information before confirming the order.

• Once an order is placed, we begin processing the order, changes to the order are not guaranteed. If you need help with an order, please contact us at (888)-840-2223 ext. 2.

• Orders received before 3:00 p.m. MST will ship the same business day. Orders received after 3:00 p.m. MST will ship the following business day. Please note that business days refer to Monday through Friday and exclude U.S. holidays.

• Babe uses FedEx for shipping methods.

• Due to acts of nature and other issues we cannot guarantee the performance of these couriers and as a result are not held liable for lost, late, or damaged packages. Should you encounter one of these situations or one similar, please contact customer service at (888)-840-2223 ext. 2 or email info@babehairextensions.com, to assist you in filing a claim, if possible with the respective courier.

• Claims typically take 7-10 days business days to resolve. In the meantime, another order can be placed and shipped, as requested. If the filed claim results in a refund, we will reimburse the full amount of the item to you in the form of a credit or a refund. Shipping will not be refunded. • We highly recommend that you schedule appointments at least 4-5 days ahead to allow time for the chosen courier to complete the pickup and delivery of your product.

• Customers shipping to Canada are responsible for paying shipping, duties, taxes, and fees. To avoid paying these fees, purchases can be made through the local distributor in your area.

• Due to shipping regulations, items that contain hazardous material must be shipped by FedEx ground. We are unable to ship hazardous materials to Hawaii and Alaska.
